Great idea using the .net framework.... but still needs help. I actually connected and was able to download 1 mp3 and then it all qut working. I downloaded the mp3 at around 700kb/s .... was the fastest ive ever DLed on any file sharing program. Keep up the work....but still buggy

The fact that Swapper requires a 20 MB download of .NET Framework libraries is not prejudicial -- like it or not, .NET is the future of Windows related development and I applaud the author in choosing to embrace this platform. Swapper is a very nice looking client which takes advantage of UI elements in XP. One caveat worth noting is that the program had unexpectedly quit on me on a few occasions. However, I really believe this program is a serious contender to Limewire, and Gnucleus (and its progeny) once all the bugs have been worked out.
