ABC Amber Outlook Converter is intended to help you keep your important emails, newsletters, other important messages organized in one file. It is a useful tool that converts your emails from MS Outlook to any document format (PDF, HTML, CHM, RTF, HLP, TXT Ansi, TXT Unicode, DOC, MCW, WPS, SAM, RFT, WS4, WS7, WRI, etc.) easily and quickly. It generates the contents with bookmarks (in RTF and HTML), keeps hyperlinks. All you have to do is select required messages, choose document format to convert and click "Save As" button.

Based on version 5.09. More polished, and much better performance now. The developer has made several enhancements to the product and it is now one of my "must have" applications. I have multiple Outlook personal folder files and a couple are over 2GB, so this comes in very handy for archiving. I was able to export 241 messages with 380 MB of attachments in just a few minutes. The export to PDF option is very convenient - it creates a single PDF file with each message title and a link to the full document as well as attachments, and the formatting is quite nice.

Version 3.33: Produces a nicely formatted output of emails, tasks or other outlook items into indexed PDF's or HTML. The developer is very responsive and focused on improving an already excellent product. You have to download the registered version to get the latest updates and features, however.
