Reviewing 2.50 Build 48 Beta (Mar 21, 2006)
Functions well on my box, so I can't complain. I've used for a very long time to do most of my editing and mashing, even from days of "MP3 Audio Mixer."
Reviewing 2.01 Build 40 Beta (Nov 23, 2005)
This program doesn't run on my system for some reason. I keep trying, everytime a new beta comes out, but to no avail. It crashes, sometimes imediately.
Reviewing 2.01 Build 34 Beta (Jul 5, 2005)
This software is very buggy. It gives some obscure error message. This happened the last time I tried an earlier version, still seems to give me problems.
Reviewing 2.0 Build 24 Beta (May 13, 2005)
The beta installed without any issues. The application lacks some common features for cleaning up recordings. It supports editing however it can be a tricky process. I was unable to record voice as the application flagged an error msg saying my sound device was in use. A reboot of the system did not resolve the issue. An extensive search reveled no other source controlling my sound device.
For begginners and minor projects, however serious and pros need not consider it stick with Adobe's Audition or similar
