This is the first time I've used such an application after running a WinXP machine for a couple of years with only anti-virus and firewall applications. The one "critical" problem was a Firefox bookmark to an online game, along with 134 minor issues that seemed hardly worth the trouble. I must commend them on the efficiency and speed. The anti-virus scan takes forever compared to the adware scan.

once was good but i hate programs that have running processes in the background when your not using them. Good AV's make it useless now anyways even the older good version finds nothing thanks to a good resident AV doing its job Take a quick peek at view all reviews and try and tell me how the hell it still has such a high score when alomost every review gives it a 1 or 2

I've never liked Ad-Aware because it doesn't give real time protection and gives a lot of false positives.
