It centralizes fault management, collecting, alerting and delivering performance reports on events from SNMP sources, Windows Event Logs and syslog servers.     Discovers and displays network maps in the best way I have ever seen. Clear and beautiful, no clutter or ugly icons you see in other products. I love the alerting feature, so useful in my job.
    Also, I'm also compelled to mention that the NetCrunch user interface is simply gorgeous - beautiful to see and use. Very nice work.
