Advanced Email Verifier CGI Edition AEVCGI is a fast 32-bit-CGI/ISAPI/NSAPI application designed for verifying e-mail addresses entered in different online forms on Web. It shines in applications such as order forms, news subscriptions and others where the right e-mail address entry is critical.

AEVCGI may be easily attached to your Web forms and may work either as independent script or transfer all data to your scripts and/or programs for further processing. AEVCGI takes e-mail address from web form and tries to connect to SMTP servers that hosts the e-mail address to check its validity. Nothing is sent to recipient - as soon as SMTP server gives either positive or negative answer, AEVCGI closes connection. It allows you to determine up to 90% of invalid e-mail addresses. (Other 10% of mail servers receive messages, after that check e-mail address for validity and give back message about problems with addresses.) Thus, AEVCGI helps you to keep up to 90% of your clients, customers or subscribers whom you may easily lose if them just enter incorrect e-mail address filling up your web forms.
