Advanced File Joiner combines files. If you have downloaded several parts of a larger file split in smaller files you may join them together with the help of this tool. It works with plain ASCII text files, merges some movie file formats like MPEG files of the same size, format and encoding. If the file format that you are trying to join contains header information, such as AVI, BMP, JPEG, DOC then it will not work, you have to use a specific software join program for each of the above formats.

    Performs well, but the interface makes you work too much by forgetting last folder, constant confirmation popup dialogs, no divider feature for text files, and no keyboard shortcuts. Add these and it's worth considering.

    Question: How come most developers create separate splitter/joiner apps? Why not have both under one app, like FileSplit?
