Good software that does what it says although nothing will change the fact that AOL's official AIM client is still a bloated piece of crapware though.

I would like to thank the author for his efforts in cleaning up AIM's invasive, bloated garbage. I have been testing Trillian Astra, and thank to this wonderful work, I can now use AIM as a backup messenger.
