Alt WAV MP3 WMA OGG Converter can convert files of all these formats between each other and rip CDs. You can make your music library easily and quickly. This program is intended for automatic (batch) conversion of music CDs. To create a list of files for encoding, you can simply drag & drop them to the Alt Converter main window from Explorer or other file manager. Before encoding, you choose: bitrate (up to 320 kbps), samplerate and stereo/mono mode and specify tags for files in list.

    Too many freeware apps already do what this does.
    Any why anyone would want to convert one lossy format file to another lossy format file is beyond me...
