Rating a 3 (neutral).
smfranzen - you need to learn how to use VNC or how to setup networks properly if you have those kind of problems.

Not the best, but very good. To answer the other reviewer's question, name me one FREE VNC distribution that is as stable and capable as a commercial product like RemotelyAnywhere. Before you answer UltraVNC or TightVNC, I've tried them and they don't come close. The development has also been very slow on these. Other good options... Remote Contro Pro and Dameware Mini-remote. One is free for home use and the other is $89.00 for unlimited nodes. The only big advantage of VNC is strong cross-platform support.
