    First things first :
    - Arc Convert is a nice program !
    - I have had a problem (extremely slow startup of the program) in combination with my very clean and simple Vista machine, and I had to find the solution myself.
    No help whatsoever from the "program-maker" who said that the problem was related to my (cripple) machine or it's setup.

    If you know your OS and anti-virus software extremely well : go for it.
    Otherwise : drop the program.
