Argus is a web/desk cam that allows the broadcasting of images by either FTP or HTTP protocols. You can schedule uploading of snapshots via FTP or stream directly to a web browser. It features a caption and overlay editor that allows you to add numerous captions and/or overlay numerous images on to snapshots. It's fully skinnable in a resizable window.
