"Press A Button To Start" says the Splash Screen. It doesn't mention you'll be starting a crash of the program. If this release were meant as a cruel joke on the state of the planet rather than a buggy beta of an otherwise great program it would have served it's purpose well. Time to roll back and anxiously await the fix.
