    Dude, don't rate it low because you can't read. This one is the plugin for BETANEWS (i.e. news articles). You want the plugin for FILEFORUM (i.e. programs). It's linked above, right next to the words, "...it's a perfect companion for..."

    Uh huh, if you read the info a bit more:

    BetaNews Search Plugin allows for ease of BetaNews.com searches within the Mozilla FireFox browser. It is a perfect compliment to the existing FileForum FireFox Search Plugin.

    You'd notice there is another one for searching files.
