Told me I have no AV - I have.
Told me UAC is off - I know that too I disabled it 2 mins after installing Win 7.
Also that Windows update is off - I do that manually & I disabled it.

Seems some sort of tool to promote buying Bitdefender. The scanner took ages (minutes) to contact the server on fast fibre link, but actually failed most times.

BTW the download is done after clicking on the web installer & how any scanner can decide how long it's going to take to scan a PC is impossible.
Also used over 60 meg of memory so certainly not light on resources.

Buggy, unreliable, avoid unless you want to waste half an hour trying to get it to work & 10 minutes removing it & getting nowhere - Enjoy ~

If you want to use a cloud AV this is getting to be very good after trying it for over a year now: http://www.webroot.com/En_US/index.html
