Reviewing 4.5.0.471 (Oct 28, 2006)
From a strictly cosmetic perspective, the UI of this program looks nice, but usability was obviously not a consideration. For example, the single-column listing of BHO's does not show the Name. Unless you can recognize BHO's by their GUIDs, you are forced to select each entry to see the Name, and there is no option to customize the columns in the list. As another example, 11 major functions from the main menu implemented 5 different conventions for returning to the main menu:
1. Event Log returns only by clicking a red back arrow button
2. Startup returns with a normal window close [X] button
3. Options, IE Plus, Restore, and About return with a tiny [X]
4. IE Pages, Favorites, BHO, and Hosts offer both the red back arrow AND a normal [X]
5. Status offers both a custom close (checkmark icon) button at the bottom AND a tiny [X]
UI aside, the functionality in this program is far from comprehensive. For example, the list of Startup processes only checks a few of the most common locations. Malware can easily evade this program by launching itself from the AppInit_DLLs registry value or from *.job files marked with the Hidden attribute in %SystemRoot%\Tasks. The only truly comprehensive Startup analyzer I have found is Sysinternals' Autoruns. If you're not going to use something comprehensive, then you might as well use msconfig which is built into Windows.

Do not usually comment on programs that I do not download but by other viewers reviews I must (lol) say IE needs all the help it can get and if this one that works well then a good show.
As to how it works with IE7 is a question???
And it is a question as to why it's needed if everyone chooses Mozilla instead or a other browser more %'s needed but 15 % +10% other is taking IE out of the game.
Let's see useful things for other browsers since you all have the code developers!!!!!!!!!!!!
