Am saddened to see an ad for ViceVersa PRO on the interface of BRU. Not sure why, either. Fortunately, Flexible Renamer's been updated sans ads!

A pretty great renamer. The interface is cluttered, but once you get used to it, it's actually easier than the ones that let you pick and choose renaming tasks separately.

There is a command line version that's really handy as well (check the author's site).

Note: This version adds a little advertisement (for ViceVersa PRO) on the main window. I don't see a way to remove it. It's not too obnoxious.

The best renamer ever. In fact, it's so good, it's effectively finished being updated unless a bug is found. Hats off to Jim Willsher.

My batch renaming utility of choice, partly due to its unicode support. Top marks from me, one of the most useful tool in my portable toolkit.
