CesarFTP is an easy-to-use and fast to configure FTP server. With a few clicks you can configure your server to share specific files without moving and/or copying them to a new place. It also supports quotas and ratios, download speed limitation, limitation of the number of connects and many other miscellaneous things. You can also configure file logs and screen logs. With event handling, you can configure automatic processing of uploaded files. You can run the server as a system service and remote control it as well.

    Impressive!
    I've tried many FTP servers in the past, and I think it's incredible how this *FREEWARE* beats everything! Clear interface, great functionalities... all of this for free!
    A must download for sure.

    Nice Tool for private use ! I am a pupil and we work under us private with a FTP server - thanks for this super freeware.

    This server is GREAT.
    The filesystem is PERFECT.
    It is stable and it support FXP and everything.

    Must download this program !!!. I tried many ftp server programs, this one is just the best, believe me, download now and try it yourself. I also realized one thing, shareware is not always better than freeware

    Abysmal piece of software. Just plain doesn`t work. As a software developer myself I can't believe that someone is actually releasing this as a beta. I would grade this as pre-alpha :(

    Not impressed.
