Chameleon Startup Manager is a Windows startup manager that accelerates Windows startup, ensures that the operating system is more stable. It disables any startup programs and fully controls startup by selecting the programs to be launched, while customizing the startup settings (ie how often and when programs should be launched, etc). Chameleon Startup Manager automatically monitors and reports back if new programs have been added to the startup list, while a manager provides advanced details on running applications. The program also offers full support for the Windows x64 edition and Vista.

IF this were freeware, I would give it a '5', but the same features are available FREE in a utility called 'StartDelay' available at www.r2.com.au/ Been using this little gem for several years now and wouldn't be without it...

A cool delay option — not to mention complete startup control — make this little known app worth checking out. A thorough job by the developer.
