CogniTrainer is a flashcard utility that you can set to pop up at the interval you select, then drill you in language vocabulary, facts, math, history or whatever subject you wish. You create challenge/response dictionaries on the subject you want to study, then let the program remind you at intervals such as twice an hour or five times a week. It comes with a Russian-English vocabulary and Country-Capitals dictionaries to illustrate the application.

    Just a comment here, not a rating. I wish they'd put a "No Rating" option in the rating box. Anyways, I just wanted to say that this seems like a really neat idea. Something else that would be good would be to have a program that would just cotinuously flash words like flash cards. Now that'd be a crammer.
