ColTweak is a CSS (Cascading Style Sheet) color editor. The codes for colors can be edited through the built-in text editor. Colors can also be picked from a list of all the colors in the file and adjusted with a color picker. All the CSS color formats are recognized and supported (keywords, hex triplets, decimal triplets, and percentages.) The color picker supports the RGB, HSV, and CMY color models.
