Comodo EasyVPN is the first completely free program to enable users to easily create virtual private networks between an unlimited number of PCs. Virtual private networks (or VPNs) are secure and encrypted connections between PCs. In essence, any PCs connected to a shared network can "talk" to each other. The possibilities created by this software are endless. If you're a gamer, easily organize multiplayer gaming sessions with an unlimited amount of users.

I'll give it a 4 because does work and is easy as claimed. However, it doesn't bring anything new to the table that Hamachi didn't deliver years ago, so I'll withhold the 5 due to lack of innovation. Like Hamachi, Comodo EasyVPN is only free for personal use. Any use for business purposes requires payment. Unlike Hamachi, Comodo bundles some little applications which are commonly useful with a VPN. These include a private chat/messaging client and a customized version of TightVNC.
