Complete Anonymous Web Surfing is a utility to let you hide your IP address (identity) when browsing the Web. Your IP number is easily detectable to any website that you visit. However you can hide your IP behind a proxy server.

    crashes when i simply try selecting a URL in the list of proxy web sites! unusable.

    It's nice, and while I use Ad Muncher, this application can remove low-anonymity proxies (i.e. those that include your true IP address in the X-FORWARDED-FOR header), whereas Ad Muncher cannot.

    Also, the speeds I experienced during my brief test were pretty good for a proxied setup.

    Unfortunately, this thing crashed on me consistently.

    One could accomplish this with some study, but this is such a well-designed program and interface that PC Mesh makes this a very worthwhile app.
