Wonder if that's not a false positive?
Not that I /know/, but at least I don't see anything unusual or out of place (running sandboxed). Nothing nefarious that I can tell.
The window cannot be resized!
Otherwise some parts of what it found were interesting.
Given that it is presumably offered as a carrot to his Disk Cleaner ($$) program, but I don't hold that against him.
