Speed-O-Meter is a program that measures the TCP/IP speed of all interfaces on your machine including network adapters and modems. Use it to test your internet connection speed. It displays the true transmission speed and does not average it.

    Does what it says.
    It is also adware. (Displays 1 ad when it starts.)
    you remove the ad by signing up for a ?webinar. However, the link it provides leads to a 404 error.

    so does coolmon1.0 which is just over a meg. I can do without a graph.
