Desktop Lighter allows you to adjust the brightness of your screen easily and quickly. It can change the brightness level by application window trackbar slider or by keyboard command hotkeys. So you can work with office documents, browse internet pages, watch movies, or play games and it is a good idea to set the proper brightness value before. You might use the monitor control buttons or the settings of your video driver to do it. But you could well do it with this program. Keep your eyes in optimum condition.

I would give it a 5 if it were to adjust in 1% increments instead of just 5% increments. The tool is useful but could use finer settings.

A technician may do it for free, but if you lugged you comp into my shop and asked me to adjust you brightness for nothing.
I would say that I can't increase your intelligence for free.
Use your brain. Find how to do it yourself or download an app that can.
Oh my THIS WILL DO IT!
Case closed give me $5.

Um.. a waist is the part of the abdomen between the rib cage and hips.
This is actually a very handy little app. It only uses 2512K RAM and zero CPU. I would like to see a scale on it. And be able to save presets.

Every monitor now adays if not all, have a control panel, that controls Brightness, Contrast, etc. This program will only eat up resources, that your computer needs. If you don't know how to turn up or down the brightness of your monitor, then read the manual.
A technician would do it for you, for a fee. This is a waist. Don't d/l it.
