@anomoly: the solution is to clone the problematic windows on desired (all) desktops: right click on the Dexpot tray icon -> Desktop rules -> add a new rule for sharp widgets windows and then in the "Acction Tab" make sure you have "Copy" & "To all desktops".
    Hope it solves the issue.

The issue is indeed that is not doing this automatically, but at least it give the option to have it. On my computer, it is configured like this for RocketLaunch tollbar.

Can't really rate it as it does not work within sharp enviro shell. VirtuaWin does however, and keeps both my bottom and top bars in place and related aps as well. Dexpot when switching gives me a blank screen with wallpaper. I couldn't even right-click the desktop to access my menu.
Apparently it depends on explorer.exe running whereas virtuawin handles the sharpe shell flawlessly.

Works smooth and best of all, x64 support.

I am presently running dexpot with three virtual desktops, one for everything i use on my primary box (winxp), a second for another box (win2k3) on which i'm running a remote vnc session, a form of remote desktop, and a third which is another remote desktop session (with vnc) for a headless slackware box.

The end result being a seamless, (pseudo-)lagless swapping between three different computers, with three different OS's, from a central location.
