EasyBCD makes it easy for beginners and experts alike to master the Windows Vista bootloader and take control over its many features with its very easy to use interface and intuitive layout. It allows users to add, remove, modify, and manage entries in the Vista bootloader, with options to rename, backup, change, or otherwise tweak almost any listing in the Vista bootloader.

It's a great program, been using since beta.
Now it's no freeware.

I just discovered this gem. The software description really doesn't do justice to what this app can do. This is not just for people dual booting OSs. What this software really simplifies is troubleshooting or fixing Windows when the OS won't load due to a crash. As explained in the last paragraphs of this PC magazine review (http://www.pcmag.com/art...2/0,2817,2368013,00.asp) you can use EasyBCD to load a boot image of any rescue disk .iso, disk partitioner program or imaging program and boot to that image and do trouble shooting or restore a working image of Windows. It all happens way faster than booting to a physical rescue CD-rom in the CD tray This software really has no equal; and the fact that it is free makes it a must have. Indispensable.

Excellent program. It saved my dual boot system on many occasions. I would recommend it to anyone that's using the Windows 7 Bootloader. Thanks.

Very hand tool for all, who want to manipulate the windows boot menu, and don't want to wrangle with the command line. Lots of options.
