Emoticons Mail makes it easy to insert great graphical smileys in your Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express email messages. It takes just one click. It contains a large collection of smilies and allows you to easily find and select emoticons from many categories. The smile is attached as a tiny animated GIF, so there's nothing to be downloaded from a remote server on the recipient's end.

    Download the program in 45 seconds, had no difficulties opening and installing it. The many smilies are nice, and easily attached to an out going email.
