Encopy is designed for data rescue from damaged media when standard system copy fail, freeze and or reject medium. This software tries to rescue data from media like these, and even in some cases of serious damage it might restore data. It is not possible to rescue everything perfectly, but in most cases this way might be useful. Some larger data blocks might take very long time to rescue, especially if you enable verify data. Application supports many functions like verify data, logging, etc.

I've never had a problem with the zip files containing this application and would suggest that the issue is local to the previous reviewer's installation.
Encopy works flawlessly for me and is a must have utility for an rescue disk IMHO.
Reviewing 4.36 Beta (Sep 30, 2007)
encopy4.zip is a damaged file, allready send my feedback to FBC!Infact encopy3.zip is also, I never had any problems with any other zipfiles.
Strange that the publisher never had repy about this. This problem occurs in WinZip 11 build 7313, in WinRaR 3.71 no problem. Cannot figger it out if it had to do something with winzip or encopy
