This gives you 2 choices only. Starting it goes straight to the tray and I had to forceably bring the window to front. Fails with ntp.nasa.gov when windows synced fine. http://support.ntp.org/bin/view/Servers/WebHome Pick one, open time settings & type it in. You can also easily add servers to the registry. HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\DateTime\Servers. Interesting that it can act as a server, but why, being there are (I have over 150 myself) worldwide servers from universities (& others) with huge resources would you need to act as one yourself? Window gives but about 3 choices itself. -0 for usefulness & execution

My low or score of 1 is only because I didn't have a neutral choice. I have not tried this application but isn't it a little like selling/giving a refrigerator to an Eskimo. Unless you are running DOS the Windows OS already has this built in.
