Not free (only 30 days trial period after which "very restricted" as per their website). Didn't impress me and I don't particularly care for programs that remain in memory because, after loading a number of them, the system begins to slow down and act strange although still useable.

Free now. Has a GnuPG encryption key Wizard for emails, which seems to work though I have not used it yet. Does not display progress when encrypting or decrypting and uses ~45 MB of memory while always running in the background. My first encryption test of a 189MB folder via right-click tried very hard to access the internet starting with verclsid.exe and then moving on to total commander itself (all blocked)?? Not quite sure why local file encryption requires internet access but seems a little antithetical to the idea of security.
Has a nice little padlock for the traycon which gives quick access for encrypting notes.
