Google Video Uploader lets you upload your video files for inclusion in Google Video Search. You can upload several types of video files through the Uploader: .mpg, .mpeg, .avi, .ra, .ram, .mov, .wmv, .asf. Files that you upload must be uniquely named in your account. If you upload a file with the same filename as a file you previously uploaded, your old file will be overwritten. After you upload your files through the Uploader, you'll need to submit your video information in order to successfully complete the upload process.

This application is the worst application of Google I have ever seen. I try to upload video files having a size a little larger than 100 MB. The application uploads the file upto 50-80 MB then it restarts the upload. It tries maybe 5-6 times to upload the large files. And it doesn't have any resume functionality that works.

There going to charge for the videos though. Which sucks... have their users upload stuff for them, and have Google charge for the content. Pffft.

EDIT: Ok after looking a bit more it looks like you get to sell your videos and Google will take a cut. Not bad.

    this is the link: https://upload.video.google.com/
You can't d/l anything as of yet but you can u/l. According to the site they will be screening the videos so I dont think that they will have an abuse problem until they start receiving more videos than they can review. Good idea though.
