GreenCloud Printer is an optimized virtual printer, working with any printer model. It will allow to preview with the same dialog whatever the software you are using before printing. In 1 click it will allow to deselect pages you don't need to print, or to group several pages in 1 sheet of paper.

GreenCloud printer is a fast PDF creator too but it allows to send the pdf by email, to Dropbox , Minus or Google Docs with the integrated file uploader.

The ink, print cartridge or toner is saved by a setting you can define, instead of printing in pure black it will print with a dark grey which won't affect the overall quality.

    Nice but needs more customizable settings. I can't adjust the quality and therefore size of the pdf's it creates. I use bullzip pdf for that and the differences are substantial. Good start though

    Absolutely remarkable!
    It's running round about one month on my PC - perfect.
    Only the option "working with any printer model" couldn't be tested, because I only have one and it's already installed.
    With this option working and not needing "specific drivers for specific printers" I would give it six stars (if possible).

    Today was the first time I've heard anything about this program, and I gotta say, I'm very impressed with it. I have a Canon MX410, and that had quite a few programs bundled with the driver. I didn't care for that, considering I don't like to "install" a lot of programs in the first place. So, I removed all my Canon software, and let Windows install a generic driver for my printer. After that, I installed this, and it only took a few minutes to install. First time around, it worked flawlessly with my Canon inkjet, and definitely have plans to continue using it, instead of Canon's drivers. Glad I found it, otherwise I wouldn't have known a thing about it.

    OK - it's got double sided printing IF the printer has a duplex feature.

    But most of our printers don't do duplex so what's needed is a way of printing double sided on a single sided printer.

    Like my Epson R285 inkjet.

    Now Fineprint have this cracked - their software simply tellys you when and how to reinsert printed pages.

    Come on Greencloud - you can do this - if you try.

    So still 4 stars
