Reviewing 1.4a (May 20, 2001)
Best bet is to go with ICQ 99b anyway, which is ad-free while retaining all the useful functions of 2000b and less of the bloat & promotional crap. I can't recommend one of those programs that sign on to all messenging services because AOL likes to cut them off from time to time, and they can't be relied upon for very long. Anyway, this program does what it's supposed to, but 2000b can be resistant.

I find it quite amusing the users are loading more bloat, onto an already overbloated once usefull now bogged down msg program, which is now owned by tyrAnny On Line, the king of bloat-ware and spam.
