IconLab is a small yet powerful icon editor. It supports all icon and cursor formats up to 32-bit (Win XP); Allows addition/removal of formats from a icon file; Good assortment of drawing/editing tools; Supports image effects including alpha such as: Drop Shadow, Blur Shadow, Fade, Scanlines; Apply custom color palettes; Capture on-screen images directly into IconLab for editing.

    A really good piece of work. Does everything I need, and even runs well on WinME.

    Does what is says, has great options, and of course, best of all, it's free!

    The only feature missing I used constantly was the "create icon from selected(?)" feature. Otherwise, great work!
