Nothing against this software, but you can easily do this already using the Windows Task Scheduler and something like the Nirsoft NirCmd utility (nirsoft.net ... and it has a huge number of other uses as well). Just set the scheduled task to run "nircmd mutesysvolume 1" after a certain period of idle time.
