InetPowerServer 1.0.1 Beta 1  beta

Publisher's Description:

InetPowerServer is a highly configurable multiprotocol server application allowing you to create your own FTP, Web, and/or mail server using your OS/2 or Windows machine. It supports FTP, HTTP, POP3 and SMTP protocols. If you are running a dual OS setup, it can use the exact same configuration on both OS/2 and Windows.

Latest Changes:

  • HTTP service: Fixed problem with encoding of links in directory view. Also cleaned up the handling of current/parent directory entries as well
  • HTTP service: Fixed minor security issues which would allow redirect to index objects even if the client had no access to the object. The object itself was not made available, only the redirect was performed
  • POP service: Fixed incorrect data returned by the STAT command. Messages marked for deletion was included in the count and that was incorrect according to the RFC
  • POP service: Changed internal variable use in the pop.res file to match the new variable names as the old ones are to be obsoleted
  • POP service: Fixed incorrect data returned by the LIST command when a specific message number was given for a message marked for deletion
  • SMTP service: Added ForwardAddressAuth setting to work as ForwardAddress, but for authenicated clients (currently only authenticate before SMTP is supported by IPS)
  • IPS framework: Changed to use the new sockets classes in TTB as the old ones was messy and discontinued
