Input Remapper lets you remap keys or combinations of keys of your keyboard and mouse. You could for example remap Win-Q to Alt-F4 to quit programs with Win-Q and remap Caps Lock to Ctrl for easier access to the Ctrl key.
The program also includes some actions like switching a window to another monitor and ejecting CDs.
