Instan-t is a powerful instant messaging software that allows you to communicate with MSN, AOL, Yahoo!, ICQ and Instan-t IM networks. Some Instan-t unique features are Voice chat, Multi-network chat, Audio emoticons, and E-mail signature tool. It has other user friendly functions such as the possibility of switching skins on your user interface and of seeing which contacts have you in their contact lists.

    Instan-t has come a long way from its 3.0 version time. It works perfectly fine right now and includes several new features that leads towards an even more satisfying instant messaging experience: video chat, voice chat, multi-network chat and, of course, the ability to combine all the major IM Networks with only one easy-to-use interface.

    Plus, it's completely free.

    It would be nice to try this, but since it seems to be impossible to reach Instan-T's login server, there's no way to evaluate the software. The software might be terrific, but if the service is down, it's not worth my time.

    According to the license, this is a free TRIAL. Since I already have Trillian, which essentially does the same thing in a freeware version, I did not bother to install this product. I gave it a 3 rating, so as not to skew the ratings.
