Only free if you have the time to wait for web pages to load at slower than dial-up rates. They'll allow you more bandwidth for a fee.
If you decide to use this, be ready to setup a proxy connection. You cannot download this software. execute it's ,jar file, and expect it to immediatlely work.
Instruction file does not work for Firefox 3 browser. Firefox 3 miust be treated the same as "other" browsers.
It works, but as freeware, it is incredibly slow. I really can't grade it any higher than a two. It probably works fairly well if you are willing to pay their charges.
