quick to download (81mb) easy to burn (ISO using nero) boots up quite quickly into linux os nice GUI, with a few basic options BUT app loads with a warning that the definitions are out of date - presumably this works best with a full version already installed. Anyone know how to use the latest defs file with this ? (I've downloaded & googled, but cannot find instructions, maybe it's not possible ?) Or anyone know how effective this would be running as is ?

I like this , it is great for systems that r really virus ed out and wont boot .

Looks Promising, easy to run, fast scans its Kaspersky Anti- virus 2009, searches for *Viruses and worms*trojan prgrams* adware* *auto Dialers* other malware* suspicious compressed files* multi packed objects i give it a thumbs up since its FREE and comes from a reputable company

Kaspersky's effective antivirus in a bootable rescue disk? And free to boot? Sounds like a deal!
