LanTalk XP is friendly program that allows you to send and receive messages from user to user in a network without dedicated servers. You can contact any of your colleagues through their user name or computer name, or even send a message to everybody in the office simultaneously in a one-click process. When it is first set up, it automatically scans the network and lists all the communicable PCs for you, so you can immediately send a message without having to worry about setting up the software. Microsoft Terminal server and Citrix terminal server is supported.

It happened something like this when i was testing.
You send a message to person A. Then you receive a message from B. If tou hit "Reply" the message will go to A and not to B
