MP3-2-wav Converter is a MP3 decoder that allows you to convert MP3 files into WAV files in order to burn them on a CD. The program can normalize the resulting files, avoiding common ups and downs in the volume. The program has a small and compact interface and is easy to use.

Not everyone HAS EZCD 5 or Nero. Keep in mind that not everyone trades illegal software. And not everyone has $99 to blow on the latest version of EZCD. I had a customer call me today who uses EZCD3.5c (Which doesn't convert MP3) and this little program would be perfect for his needs, and I'm letting him know about it first thing in the morning. And Winamp's Wav writer is a little daunting for the better half of the people I support.

As DvST8 said it, WinAmp amongst other programs does this for you. And Nero/Roxio CD Creator/CDR-Win will convert mp3's to native decompressed code.
We see each and every day that this kind of useless programs are released to the public by puny Visual Basic "developers" that think they are god (notice the little g).

Winamp dose this...
and Nero burns mp3s straight to audio cds.
