MPEG Audio Collection is designed to organize your MPEG audio file collection. It is fast and easy to use, scans selected drives for *.mp* files, and lists them in an Explorer-style tree-view interface. Just select a file to retrieve some information about it. You can play files as well.
- Added FLAC, WavPack, OptimFROG, AAC, support
- Also files encoded with Monkey's Audio 3.98 and MPC SV 7.1 and all profiles are now supported
- A new tag editor and many other improvements
Reviewing 2.91 Alpha 6 (Aug 19, 2003)
I've really missed this program since the site had gone down a long time ago. As for the the export to txt/html, it's always been there, they just call it "Report" under the Collection menu. Personally I like the treeview of mp3's considering I have over 4000, that would be a beast of a list to manage all in one. Thanks again for a great program.
Reviewing 2.90 (May 2, 2002)
It's average. This program could've been better. I miss the ability to export my catalog to HTML or TXT format. It's just not there. =( Additionally, I have MP3s stored in sub-paths. Instead of listing all of my MP3s together as a single list, it dumps the sub-path MP3s into a sub-list. That stinks. It's a nice program, but ultimately very limited in its usefulness.
Reviewing 2.77 (Jul 27, 2001)
a nice solid proggie lacking only a few features. Has MPC support.
