This program presenting a security risk? I dont think so, a buffer overrun is only a problem when a program listens on a network interface and accepts commands from over a network. This program does not, so you rating it lower due to a possible "security" risk is really not that good of a reason to do so. The program runs great for me, i've seen the bug you've mentioned, but however, I dont see any security risks.

Looks good an installs just fine, I was not too crazy about all the auto adjustments to my settings on install but most were the same as I all ready had. It took about 2 min's to crash the program on a buffer over run when useing the mp3 tagging in the media tool kit (single file writeing both tags) and it would not let me enter the gender in the ID3v2 tag field. Looks like this is going to be a good program when it grows up but I had to give it a 3 because of the buffer over run. That could pose a very bad security risk.

I'm using Windows Me, with an amd duron 700 mHz processor. I recieved "Run Time Error 91 Object variable or With block variable not set." And then the program quits or crashes. No use here.

Not bad....I love the timer, I spent most of my times on the computer and now I have an indication on how many hours I being sitting in front of my PC. I use to have to program does just that, record how long the pc has being on for that day regardless if you reboot the pc.

This is a great program even if you only use half of the features. Someone stated that it made a bunch of changes to your system without asking. It (now) announces what changes it wants to make to your system before they are made.. If you don't understand what changes are being made, then you should not be using the application. All changes can be undone through the options. Note: I did have a problem with the Open in Notepad option and the author was very quick to reply and willing to assist.
