MailRobot 1.3 Alpha (Updated) alpha
Publisher's Description:
MailRobot is a Windows agent responsible for checking, classifying and reacting to electronic mail messages. Its entire purpose is to run in the background, periodically check email accounts, classify any new messages that are in these accounts into types and react to each message usually by either notifying you of their existence using one or many notification methods or deleting them. Basically acting as a precursor to a mail reader. When it checks for email in an account, only the header information is analyzed. Not only does this make things faster, but by not downloading the entire message, it gives you the opportunity to delete any large unwanted messages that may be on the server that you wouldn't want to download with your mail reader. By classifying messages as types, different methods can be set up for each type, i.e. 'friends', 'work', 'important', 'spam', etc.
