   This product exceeded all my expectations. The author has provided a fully functional easy to use product. After brief use I have not discovered any bugs with my initial install, and have only a few improvement requests.
   
   The download was small and fast, the install was also fast and easy and I was able to use all the default values.
   
   The install prompted for initial parameter setup options and while I had a few questions when filling in the blanks, I found that I was able to get a successful setup very quickly with my fairly non technical skill level to start with.
   
   The only problem I encountered was due to my desire to use my MSN email address for Identifying myself, but to send newsgroup posts or email a POP3 email account must be used and the system uses that address in the "From" line of the message. While that can be overridden it is a bit annoying.
   
   The Help screens are web enabled and while they offer multiple language selections they are not very mature so only offer very basic help.
   
   When I subscribed to the authors newsgroup I found that nearly all postings are NOT English, and since I do not speak or read French they are of little value to me.
   
   All that said, this product is very feature rich and so much faster than Outlook Express I was very impressed.
   
   This is a well done product.
