    Does the job and does it well. Excellent customer support. I still prefer Copernic Agent Professional when I do my research into the unkown.

    It is a perfect solution for my work - I need to gather information on certain subjects in Internet. Well thought-out interface, excellent export feature. The only thing I need is customizable shortcuts. Please add them to the final release. Thanks!
