Microsoft Debugging Tools for Windows includes tools, downloads, and recommended techniques for debugging drivers for Windows.

This package contains the necessary files to enable kernel mode debugging under the Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition (Windows Me) operating system. Included in this package is a debug version of io.sys, the Windows Me kernel debugger (debugger.exe) and a collection of symbol files. This package must be installed in order to use the SoftICE on Windows Me.
